- 2PM | Kids Event beginning at The Lot with the start of The KIDS KRAWL at 4PM located at 10597 Kansas Ave, Hayward, WI, United States, 54843
- Starting at 2PM – The Lot will be hosting their own beginning of Hay-lloween with kids games and a food truck
- At 4PM, The Lot will be the BEGINNING of the KIDS KRAWL, where the children participating will receive the first token – to be redeemed for an additional prize at the Monarch Gym/Silver Star Market booth in the Block Party arena!
- 4PM | Hay-lloween Block Party Begins!
- Trunk-or-Treat Begins on Hwy 63 side of Wisconsin Ave by entrance of the Co-op Auto Center
- 20+ Local Businesses and Vendors will be in the parking lot of Northern Lakes True Value hosting their own favorite classic Halloween events and goodies.
- 4PM – 6:30PM | Kids Whip Cream Eating Contest – Sponsored by Backroads/Vibes Bakery & The Caves family at Apple Awards
- This contest is a timed contest, age groups 5 – 8 year olds, 8 – 12 year olds, 12 and up.
- Kids can register and get timed at anytime between 4pm and 6:30pm, the winners will be announced at 6:45pm (if you are not present, we will contact the parent for their child to receive the champion trophy.
- 5:30PM – 6:30PM | “Go for The Gourd” Adult competition – Sponsored by The Social on Main Bar & Grill and Milwaukee Tools
- This event will have 3 rounds of 5 adults, it is like classic bobbing for apples with an epic twist. Please register yourself before 5:30PM as there are only 15 spots available.
- A 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place award will be given to the winners.
- At the end of the event, taking place at 7PM, we will have a GRAND FINALE – Sponsored by Walport Excavating and Hayward Feed & Seed.

Participants are encouraged to get creative with their setup, fun themes, decorations, costumes, and interactive displays are all welcome. You are responsible for bringing your own decorations, candy or giveaways, and anything you need for your space.
The goal is simple: create a fun stop for families, hand out treats, and help make Hay-lloween a memorable community event.
For our Trunk-or-Treat participants, you’ll be part of the experience by decorating your vehicle, setting up your trunk or designated space, and handing out candy or treats to children as they make their way through the Hay-lloween route.
